Top stories in March: the Budget, bank charges, stock market woes
It was a big month in the world of finance news - a Budget with a 2p income tax cut (albeit usual sleight-of-hand-with childless low earners left worse off) while a roller coaster stock market combined with the usual rush to invest in shares and savings accounts in tax-free Isas ahead of the 5 April tax deadline.
