Part 3, get 'term' life insurance.
This isn't to be confused with payment protection insurance - one of the great scandals of recent years - your family needs life insurance. Have you any idea how hard it is for a 13-year-old to pay off a £200,000 mortgage these days? And term assurance is a case of cheapest is the best.
